Where are you located?

Our office is located in Shenzhen, and our factory is in Huizhou, which is very close to both Guangzhou and Hong Kong.

I would like to get a quote, what do I need to send you?

Three things are necessary for us to give you a quote:

1. Drawing or picture of your sign (ideally a vector drawing such as eps. cdr. dwg. etc).

2. The size of your sign.

3. The light effect (front lit, side lit, back lit or a combination of those?) Or you can choose the type from our catalog.

We will send you a quotation within 24 hours after having those information.

Can your signs fit for outdoor?

Our signs products are waterproof and weatherproof.

If you are concerned about this, please let us know the climate characteristics of your area, such as strong sunlight or heavy rain, so that we can provide targeted protection measures.

What services and accessories are provided with the installation?

We will provide: 1:1 layout template;  wiring diagram;  installation notes. We will provide:  stud bolts & washers & nuts.

Why do I must paying the deposit before production?

50% deposit before production, balance before shipment.

Our signage products are all customized, we need to pay the cost for the raw material and labor cost.

Paying a deposit helps to ensure that both parties honour the agreement of the offer to purchase.

How about your warranty policy?

We provide one year free replacement to non-human damaged signs.

We will produce and ship to customers for free.

What is your guarantee?

Our signs have a 1 year warranty, so if a letter has any problems during this period we will send you a new one free of charge.

About Transportation

Our customer service manager will communicate with you regarding the logistics methods and pricing, ensuring door-to-door delivery. We also use carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and TNT. Once your nameplates are shipped, we will provide you with the tracking number so you can monitor the shipment.
